Know exactly when your money is picked up. Every time you send an Eligible Money Transfer for pickup from a MoneyGram agent location, we'll send you a text message as soon as it's received.

How to Enroll

• To sign up for Text Receive Notice, just text ENROLL and your 12 digit MoneyGram Rewards number (e.g. ENROLL 891646945586) to MGRAM.
  *Text is not available in the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam or Puerto Rico at this time. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency depends on account settings.

Commands

• ENROLL - Enrolls the cell phone number with the rewards # you provide and all other Rewards #s that belong to you. When texting ENROLL, be sure to leave a space between ENROLL and your Rewards #, i.e. ENROLL 891646945586. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency depends on account settings.
• INFO - provides list of commands and a brief description of commands
• UNSUB - removes all Reward #s in your profile, so that you will no longer receive Text Receive Notices. You must text ENROLL with a Rewards number to receive Text Receive Notices again.
• LANG - changes your language preference. When texting LANG, be sure to leave a space between LANG and you the number for your language choice, i.e. LANG 2
  • U.S – Text LANG 1 for English or LANG 2 for Spanish
• STOP – stops any text messages from being sent to you. You must text START to reactivate your phone.
• START – reactivates text message after you STOP messages from being sent
• HELP – Tells you where you can get HELP with Text Receive Notices

• What is Text Receive Notice?
  If you sign up for Text Receive Notice, you will receive notification via text when your Eligible Money Transfer is received.

• Do I need to be enrolled in the Rewards program to get text receive notification?
  Yes, this is one of the many benefits we offer to our loyal Rewards customers.
• When do I get my Text Receive Notice?
  You will receive a text notification just minutes after your Eligible Money Transfer has been received.
• How would I stop Text Receive Notice if I want to?
  To stop receiving further notifications via text - text UNSUB to MGRAM.
• Will I be charged to enroll for Text Receive Notices?
  Text Receive Notices is a free service provided to you as a loyal Rewards consumer. MoneyGram does not charge you anything to receive our text messages. However, you may incur a standard text charge from your mobile carrier when you enroll for the service. Please contact your carrier for specific fees. Message and data rates may apply. • I am registered for the Text Receive Notice service. What if I don't get an text Receive Notice after my receiver picks up my money transfer?
  There might be a few reasons why you would not get your Receive Notice via text, Please
  1. make sure that your carrier provides text service and that you are subscribed to the text service through your provider,
  2. verify that you texted ENROLL Rewards # at some point to enroll your phone in the Text Receive Notice service
  3. verify that you have not sent a STOP command or the UNSUB command to turn off Text Receive Notice.
  4. verify that the money transfer was eligible under the rewards program and that the money transfer was eligible for a receive notice.
  5. Finally, a system outage could prevent your Text Receive Notice from reaching you.
