How can I close my MoneyGram profile?
You can close your MoneyGram profile by submitting a request via the Customer Service Contact Us Form, selecting General Question or Feedback, and providing a brief description of your request.
How do I delete my profile?
Due to certain regulatory requirements that MoneyGram is subject to, your profile may be required to be retained for a certain period of time. To submit a profile deletion request, please click here.
How do I unlock my MoneyGram profile so I can log in?
To unlock your online profile, select Log in then select Forgot Password?. You’ll be prompted to enter the email address associated with your profile. Then, check your inbox for instructions on how to reset your password.
