How can I opt out from marketing communications?
You can opt out from receiving marketing communications from us at any time by: Updating your choices on your MoneyGram profile Clicking on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of a MoneyGram marketing email Replying “MGISTOP” to a text or SMS message Changing your push-notification parameters in your phone's settings Notifying us via our Privacy Contact Us Form and selecting “I do not want to receive marketing communications.” in the request type drop-down menu.
How do I set my preferences for receiving marketing communications from MoneyGram?
You can set your marketing communications preferences in your MoneyGram profile on the MoneyGram Money Transfers app or on MoneyGram.com. In order to do so, you need to log in to your account, go to Settings or View profile info section, and change your notification preferences.
