How do I know if the company received my online bill payment?

For online and in-app payments:

Log into your MoneyGram profile and check the status of your payment. If there is an issue with your payment information, you will be notified via email. Only online payments are available to view online, not payments made at agent locations.

For payments made at an agent location:

When you pay at a location, you will receive a MoneyGram reference number that confirms your transaction was sent. You may use the Track & Receive tool online or contact us to verify the payment. However, the best way to ensure that your payment has been received by the company is to call the company, give them the reference number from the bottom of your receipt, and verify that the funds have posted to your account.
