How do I get in touch with MoneyGram regarding my transaction?

What should I do if the funds I sent to my wallet do not appear?

Can I use a debit card at MoneyGram to pay for my transaction (fund my wallet)?
No, you cannot use a debit or credit card to fund your wallet. You must bring cash to the location you selected within the wallet app to fund your wallet. In addition, you cannot use the MoneyGram website or app to fund your wallet.
