What should I do if the funds I sent to my wallet do not appear?

If your funds do not appear within 10 minutes of completing the transaction, please contact MoneyGram via chat or email digitalsupport@moneygram.com. The team will investigate whether your funds were sent successfully. In order to better assist you, please have your name, email address, and mobile phone number from the your wallet, as well as the Transaction ID if applicable.
