I sent my money order to a company/person and they say they never received it. What do I do now?
First, check the status of the money order to confirm if it has been cashed or not. To check the status of a money order, you have a couple of options. Click Money Order Status. You will need to enter your money order number and the exact dollar amount of your money order. (If it has been less than two weeks since you mailed the money order, it may still be in the mail.)
Second, if the money order has not been cashed, you can request a refund - it's an easy online process.
